Prime Bioworks Products LLC (“Prime Bioworks,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect at primebioworks.store, why, and the choices you have.

Order history: the products you buy and messages you send our support desk.
Payment information: card details are entered on our secure checkout and processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
Site data: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies to keep the shop working and to improve it.

We use essential cookies to run your cart and checkout and to keep you signed in. We may also use optional analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Square, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your payment is transmitted directly to the processor under encryption; Prime Bioworks does not retain your card data.

How we use your information

To process, pack, ship and support your orders; to prevent fraud; to answer your questions; and, only if you opt in, to send occasional updates. We do not use your information for anything you would not expect from a garden-supply shop.

How we share it

We share the minimum needed to complete your order — with our shipping carriers (USPS and UPS), our payment processor, and service providers who help us run the store. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and support, then delete or anonymize them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by emailing support@primebioworks.store. Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
