These terms govern your use of primebioworks.store and any purchase from Prime Bioworks Products LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are & eligibility
The store is operated by Prime Bioworks Products LLC, 133 E De La Guerra St #14, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. You must be at least 18 years old and shipping to a valid U.S. address to place an order.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; slight variation in natural materials such as terracotta, stoneware and soil is normal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where an item is out of stock or a price is clearly listed in error — and to refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is captured at checkout through our secure payment processor, Square. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping & risk of loss
We ship US-only, per our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Use of products & horticultural disclaimer
Our products are sold for garden and outdoor use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Growing results depend on climate, soil, water and care, all of which are outside our control; any planting or care guidance we provide is general information, not a guarantee of results. Always follow the directions supplied with a product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Bioworks Products LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.
